you begin please read the
following to help you complete
the On-Line Admissions Application.
All
Fall on-line applications must
be submitted with the signed
signature form postmarked by
July 14 , 2005 to
receive a priority telephone
registration appointment. EXCEPTION: Students
applying for on-line classes
my use the on-line application,
within class registration deadlines,
throughout the semester / term.

Starting
the Application Process
- Enter the semester/term (current or next) and the year, for which you are applying
- Enter your Social Security Number. Note: Your social security number will only
be used for Federal Government
(i.e. - IRS, Financial
Aid, etc.) reporting
and internal processing. Your social security number will not be used as any type of public student identification.
CONTINUING
STUDENTS:
(Enrolled
in Fall 2004 or Spring 2005)
Once you have entered your social security number, your name will appear. You
then enter your seven-digit
student ID number, and
your Personal Identification
Number (PIN). Your PIN is your
date of birth. For example,
if your birth date is March 7, 1973, you enter: 030773.
NEW
STUDENTS:
(Person
who has never made an application
and/or enrolled at LBCC)
Your seven-digit
student ID number will
be mailed to you upon
completion of the Fall online
application, if submitted
and postmarked by July 14 , 2005.
RETURNING STUDENTS:
(Student
who is enrolled at LBCC in
a fall or spring semester/term,
but WAS NOT enrolled Fall 2004 or Spring 2005.)
For security reasons: you will not be able to use the online application for Fall 2005. You may mail or walk-in
the paper application in
this schedule, and obtain
a phone registration appointment
from the Admissions and
Records office on either campus.
